BCM

Business Continuity Management (BCM) seeks to safeguard an organisations key stakeholder interests, reputation, brand and value creating activities through the implementation of a framework of organizational resilience to effectively prepare and respond to potential risks to the organization. Essentially, it aims to allow the organization to "take a licking and keep on ticking". When BCM is fully integrated, organisations will step by step turn their vulnerabilities to competitive advantages.

Therefore our goal is to develop our clients' abilities to reach and exceed their objectives through actively managing their risks and crisis situations.

Don't plan for everything - instead plan for anything

We will give you the methods and tools to reshape your organizational Body Mass Index (BMI) to be fit for purpose. Through analysis we identify the critical resources, the muscles you need, and also where you have less important resources. With this organisational understanding clients can reshape their resource set-up to be fit for purpose, e.g. cost reduced for removed surplus resources and critical resources strengthened.

However, organisations’ who slim before knowing which resources are critical will soon find themselves in an anorectic state where vital functions don’t operate as they should.

International Expertise

Our staff is engaged in developing and influencing the BCM domain through active involvement in development of national and international standards such as the forthcoming ISO 22301 Preparedness and Continuity Management System – Requirements.

We stay on the edge of the development to provide knowledge and know-how to your advantage.
